Buford’s Simpson joins Georgia State coaching staff

New Georgia State Football coach Shawn Elliott is has reached into the high school football ranks to continue building his staff. The latest addition to the program is Buford head coach Jess Simpson. Simpson was one of the highest paid high school coaches in the country and helped lead the Wolves to a 164-12 record in his 12 seasons at the school.

Simpson met with his players Friday morning to announce his departure from the program.
