Blessed Trinity 22, St. Pius X 18

How the game was won: Steele Chambers rushed for a 17-yard touchdown with 18 seconds left in regulation to propel the Titans past the Golden Lions. Chambers gave Blessed Trinity an early 6-0 lead from a 2-yard touchdown plunge. In the second quarter, Brooks Hosea tacked on a 50-yard field goal. Will Possert got St. Pius on the board in the third quarter on a 33-yard field goal before the Golden Lions blocked a punt and returned it for a touchdown, giving the Lions momentum at 10-9, their first lead of the game in the fourth quarter. St. Pius found the end zone again and converted on a two-point conversion to surge ahead 18-9 with five minutes left. Chambers ignited the comeback with a 50-yard touchdown run at the 3:54 mark, making it 18-16 before providing the game-winner after the Titan defense held St. Pius.

Top Performers: Steele Chambers scored two touchdowns including the game-clinching 17-yard dash with just 18 seconds remaining.
