Final Girls Basketball Rankings

Norcross won the program’s fourth state title and finished atop Class 7A after beating Harrison 41-37 in the championship game. Harrison, Campbell, Brookwood and Grayson finished in the top 5. In Class 6A, Lovejoy won its second state title (2018) after beating Sequoyah 54-38 in the championship game.

In Class 5A, Woodward defeated Forest Park 72-44 in the championship game and finished atop the class. The War Eagles won titles in 1995, 1996, 1999 and the past two seasons in 5A. Marist beat Luella 56-54 in the 4A title game to win the program’s first-ever title. Lumpkin County won the program’s first title after beating GAC 51-47 in the 3A championship game and finishes atop the class.

Elbert County tops Class 2A after beating Rabun County 52-45 to win the program’s first title. In Class A Public, Lake Oconee beat Hancock Central 45-30 to win the program’s first title. Mount Paran won the program’s first title after beating Hebron Christian 54-49 in the A Private title game.
