Lowndes’ Randy McPherson, AJC writer Todd Holcomb and former Centennial coach Jeff Carlberg join ‘Georgia Prep Sports: From a Distance’

The 25th episode of the “Georgia Prep Sports: From a Distance” video podcast features Lowndes High School athletic director Randy McPherson, who spent 18 seasons (2002-2019) as head coach of the Vikings football team, winning eight region titles and three state championships (2004, 2005, 2007).

Host I.J. Rosenberg, the president of Score Atlanta, will also have Atlanta Journal-Constitution writer Todd Holcomb, who has covered high school sports for the AJC since 2001. Also joining will be former Centennial High School football coach Jeff Carlberg, who is now the defensive backs coach at North Gwinnett.

The podcast is produced by PlayOn Sports, which runs the National Federation High School network, and airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, starting at noon.
