Miami Central, FL (11-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 2) Miami-commit Joseph Yearby sustained a fractured fibula above his left ankle late in the first quarter of Miami Central’s 54-3 win over Palm Bay Heritage (FL). 3. Northwestern, Rock Hill, SC (14-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 3) Host Northwestern was led by quarterback Mason Rudolph who had six passing touchdowns in the Trojans’ 49-21 win over North Augusta (SC). 4. Apopka, FL (12-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 9) Robert Thomas scored a 10-yard touchdown and J.J. Simmons added a rushing score to give Apopka a 14-0 lead in the opening quarter. 5. Hoover, AL (14-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 6) Hoover overcame a 18-point deficit to Vestavia Hills (AL) with a touchdown pass from Jack Hutcheson to Leonard Wood to take the lead with three minutes left in the game. 6. East Lake, Tarpon Springs, FL (13-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 13) East Lake set a school record with its 13th win as the Eagles dominated Port Charlotte (FL) 49-15. 7. Buford, GA (13-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 7) Visiting Carver-Columbus (GA) sailed its snap into the endzone for a Buford safety to give the Wolves an early lead. 9. Maryville, TN (14-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 12) Maryville turned two Jauan Jennings’ interceptions into touchdowns to erase Blackman’s early 6-0 lead and cruised to a 28-16 win. 10. Ensworth, Nashville, TN (10-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 12) Earlier this season Brentwood Academy ended a 29-game winning streak for Ensworth, but in the quarterfinals rematch two weeks ago it was all Tigers as they sealed a 21-12 win. Sophomore Coleman Goodwin threw a 14-yard touchdown pass to Jake Estes with less than six minutes remaining. | THIS WEEK: Memphis University (TN) 12/05 | Division II AA State Championship

11. American Heritage, Plantation, FL (12-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 20) The Patriots cruised in the second half after leading Hardee (FL) 10-7 at intermission and earned a trip to the state semifinals for the first time since 1988 with a 41-7 victory. Patriots’ running back Sony Michel had 18 carries for 260 yards and scored a pair of touchdowns. 13. North Gwinnett, Suwanee, GA (12-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 15) North Gwinnett relied on C.J. Leggett’s four touchdowns as they topped Hillgrove (GA) 35-31.
