In our Week 7 football poll, three major Class AAAAAA programs are back in the top 10 after previously being knocked out. McEachern, on the strength of three consecutive quality wins, is back in at No. 8 while Milton, after a convincing win over Etowah, is No. 9 and Norcross, after a suffocating defensive performance against North Gwinnett, comes in at No. 10.

In Class AAAAA, Jones County dropped to No. 10 after losing to Lakeside-Evans. Allatoona leapt Kell after dominating previously-undefeated Alexander. There were no changes in Class AAAA.

Dodge County debuted in the Class AAA rankings after cruising to a 6-0 start.

In Class AA, Thomasville made a huge entrance at No. 6 after upsetting Fitzgerald. The Bulldogs are now 3-3 after three straight wins. They have not lost to a AA program this season.

Class A was highlighted by Prince Ave. Chr.'s move to No. 9 and the return of Lincoln County to the public rankings. Clinch County also made it in after destroying previously-ranked Atkinson County.
