Boys Week 2 Basketball Rankings

In Class AAAAAAA, Peachtree Ridge used wins over Grayson (57-56) and Dacula (90-83) to debut at No. 9. Grayson fell to No. 8 and Dacula dropped to No. 10 in Class AAAAAA.

In Class AAA, despite three losses, the GAC boys are still the team to beat after their 85-64 victory over St. Pius X on Tuesday. Morgan County is up from third last week. Former No. 2 Johnson-Savannah slipped to third.

Therrell is the top team in Class AA and beat McNair 74-31 on Tuesday. The top-5 stayed the same this week with Woodville-Tompkins, Thomasville, Washington County and McNair filling it out.

Wilkinson Countys hold on Class A-Public is entering its third week with No. 2 Macon County in the same spot again. Drew Charter, fourth last week, its up to third with Treutlen, up from sixth, at the No. 5 spot.

St. Francis beat Lakeview Academy 76-58 on Tuesday to protect its spot at the top of Class A-Private. Greenforest is second again this week with Mount Bethel up from fourth to third following Eagles Landing Christians slide from third to fourth. Trinity Christian is fifth again this week.
