Marist swept the Class AAAA titles last Saturday at Carrollton High School, finishing atop both the boys and girls rankings.

St. Pius came close to doing the same in Class AAA, with its boys winning the championship and its girls placing runner-up to Blessed Trinity.

Brookwood and Peachtree Ridge ran in the top two of both Class AAAAAA meets, as well (Brookwood boys won, Peachtree Ridge girls won).

Westminster joined Marist as the only other school to sweep titles, although it was not without controversy. The Wildcat girls had been runner-up to Wesleyan in Class AA before a timing error with the ninth and 10th runners was revealed, resulting in a tie.
