Brookwood is atop the states highest class after winning the programs first state championship over Norcross, which finished at No. 2 in the poll. In Class 6A, River Ridge tops Class 6A and finishes ahead of runner-up Lovejoy.

Kell won the programs first state title and finishes atop Class 5A with runner-up Warner Robins at No. 2. In Class 4A, Griffin defeated Baldwin to win the programs first state championship and top the class. Hebron Christian won the teams second state title and completed a 32-0 season after beating Lumpkin County in the 3A title game.

Mount Paran successfully defended last years Class A Private title and finishes atop Class 2A after beating Banks County. In Class A Division I, St. Francis defeated Galloway to win the programs fourth title and finish atop the class.

In Class A Division II, Clinch County beat Lake Oconee Academy to win the programs fifth title but first since 1993. Lake Oconee finished at No. 2 in the poll.
