Undefeated Lowndes and McEachern lead the Class AAAAAAA pre-playoff rankings and will take their perfect 10-0 records into this years tournament. Colquitt County, Grayson and North Gwinnett round out the top 5. Hillgroves 35-24 loss to North Cobb to close out the season dropped the Hawks out of the poll, but the Mill Creek Hawks replaced them at No. 10.

In Class AAAAAA, the rankings did not change following the Week 12 results and undefeated Dacula and Harrison lead a top 5 that includes Lee County, Valdosta and Johns Creek.

Carrollton enters the playoffs as the No. 1 team in Class AAAAA after former-No. 1, Buford, lost to Clarke Central on Friday. Buford slid to No. 4. Warner Robins is No. 2, Rome is at No. 3 and Ware County is at No. 5.

In Class AAAA, Cartersville topped Troup 45-35 to complete a perfect regular season and enter the postseason at No. 1. Also, Denmarks victory over Flowery Branch on Friday sent the Danes to No. 9 and dropped the Falcons out of the top 10.

The top stays the same in Class AAA this week, but the biggest shift is a formerly unranked Westminster program entering the rankings at No. 9 after the Wildcats stole the 5-AAA No. 2 seed away from the Lions with a 31-21 victory on Friday. Lovett fell out of the top 10.

In Class AA, Rockmart enters the playoffs at No. 1 with Callaway, Rabun County, Hapeville Charter and Dublin filling out the top 5.

Athens Academy leads Class A-Private again this week. Holy Innocents is No. 2 again and Eagles Landing Christian moved up to No. 3. Darlington, formerly No. 3, fell to No. 6 this week. Fellowship Christian rose to No. 4 and Wesleyan is up one spot to No. 5.

In Class A-Public, former No. 5 Mitchell County defeated former No. 3 Pelham 36-28 and the result switched their positions heading into the playoffs.
