In Class 7A, McEachern avenged its 82-79 loss to East Coweta with an 89-73 victory on Tuesday and sits at No. 8 ahead of the No. 9 ranked Indians. Also, No. 10 Archer bounced back from its 71-67 loss to No. 6 Norcross with impressive back-to-back victories over South Gwinnett (60-46) and Meadowcreek (77-43). The action in Class 6A continues to ramp up and Osborne was dished its first defeat of the season following a 16-0 start. The Cardinals previously defeated Kell 62-53 back on Dec. 3, but fell 78-69 last Friday. As a result, Kell moved up from No. 9 to No. 6. Additionally, Sequoyah jumped Centennial at No 9 following last weeks 69-61 win over the Knightswhich moved down to No. 10.

In Class 5A, Woodward Academy extended its win-streak to six games and returned to the polls at No. 9 following a 64-62 win over No. 7 Tri-Cities. McDonough maintains its stronghold on Class 4A at No. 1 and has won 15-straight games following its lone loss of the yeara 60-54 loss to Eagles Landing on Dec. 4. No. 2 Monroe is 18-2 on the year and has won 13-straight tames to solidify its status near the top of the Class 4A poll. Also, Druid Hills replaced Bainbridge in the poll following Bainbridges 63-54 loss to Dougherty and Madison County debuts at No. 10 after its impressive 67-48 win over Jefferson.

The Class 3A shifted with Sumter County dropping from No. 3 to No. 6 after its 63-54 loss to Peach County on Saturday. Christian Heritage moved up from No. 5 to No. 2 in Class A Private and Calhoun County moved up a spot to No. 4 in Class A Public.
