Class AAAAAA saw the most movement in this week's poll and Colquitt County is our No. 1. The Packers added a 17-10 win over Valdosta to their resume and jumped previously top-ranked North Gwinnett who was run off the field by Collins Hill 53-28. The Bulldogs dropped five spots to No. 6 and the Eagles enter the poll at No. 5. Norcross jumped up two spots after a solid 24-20 win over Peachtree Ridge and come in at No. 2.

Class AAAAA looks the same this week as no team in the top 10 lost. Stephenson survived a 10-6 win over M.L. King (6-2) and No. 10 South Paulding's 24-17 win over East Paulding is worth noting. In Class AAAA, the poll also stayed the same and No. 7 Mary Person's comfortable 21-7 victory over Baldwin was the closest margin of victory for any of the 10 teams.

Elbert County entered our Class AAA top 10 last week, and had a huge 23-21 win over previous No. 6 Hart County on Friday. Elbert County makes a move up to No. 8 this week and Hart County drops out of the poll. Woodward Academy beat St. Pius 42-28 on Friday and comes in this week at No. 9. The Golden Lions dropped six spots to No. 10 after recording their second loss of the season.

In Class AA, there were no ranked teams that lost and the poll did not change. No. 6 Brooks County did post a 38-10 win over a solid Cook team and this appears to be a deep class of teams.

Mt. Pisgah had a defining 28-24 win over Mt. Paran and moved up to No. 4 in Class A-Private. Mount Paran dropped to No. 7, the spot previously owned by Mt. Pisgah. George Walton Academy dropped from the rankings after its 35-21 loss to Athens Academy and Pacelli falls out of the poll after its 55-28 loss to Dooly County. Christian Heritage (6-2) comes in at No. 9 and at No. 10 is Athens Academy. In Class A-Public, previous No. 8 ECI was knocked out of the poll with a 65-29 loss to Johnson County. Mitchell County (6-3) comes in at No. 10 after a 20-0 win over Calhoun County on Friday.
