In Class 7A, Grayson improved to No. 6 after securing the Region 4 championship over Parkview 41-14 Friday night and Newton moved up to No 7 after its victory over Archer. Westlake and North Cobb round out the pre-playoff top-10 at No. 9 and No. 10, respectively.

In Class 6A, the poll did not shift this week and Class 5A also did not experience any shifts. The Class 4A poll saw LaGrange move up to No. 7 after its 23-7 victory over No. 10 Troup.

Cedar Grove enters the playoffs ranked atop Class 3A with Calvary Day, Mary Persons, Savannah Chrisitan and Lumpkin County rounding out the top 5.

Thomson leads Class 2A with Pierce County, Appling County, Toombs County and Northeast-Macon in the top 5. In Class A Division I, Prince Avenue Christian tops Class A Division I and is leading Commerce, Trion, Bleckley County and Elbert County. In Class A Division II, Schley County, Manchester, Aquinas, Macon County and Bowdon fill the top 5.
