Week 3 Football Rankings

In Class AAAAAA, Walton makes its debut at No. 10 after topping rival Lassiter 34-13 on Friday. The 3-0 Raiders have outscored South Gwinnett (49-17), Marietta (40-0) and Lassiter by an average of 31 points per game.

In Class AAAAA, the top 10 remains in tact despite Glynn Academy falling to Camden County 24-17, a game in which the Terrors held a lead throughout. Buford remains the top team in Class AAAA, despite a 37-14 loss to Class AAAAAA No. 3 McEachern on Friday night that snapped the Wolves' 42-game win streak. West Laurens and Burke County debut at No. 9 and No. 10 in Class AAAA, replacing Griffin and Cairo.

Hart County and Westside-Macon replaced Pierce County and Washington County in the Class AAA top 10. Class AA remains the same with Pace Academy holding off Greater Atlanta Christian for the No. 2. Greater Atlanta Christian's 33-3 win over ELCA on Friday was not enough to drop the Chargers from No. 3 in Class A-Private.

In Class A-Public, Turner County comes in at No. 5 after routing Dooly County 50-6 on Friday.
