In Class AAAAAAA, No. 1 Colquitt County handled business against Class AAAAAAs Valdosta in a 48-13 victory. Archer climbed to No. 7 after a 42-0 win over Marietta and Marietta dropped to No. 9 after a 38-31 loss to No. 4 Grayson.

Lee Countys 49-7 defeat of Americus-Sumter was business as usual for the top-ranked team in the classification. Coffee, second again this week, defeated Florida school Taravella (54-6) to keep its No. 2 spot. Harrison and Creekview stay third and fourth this week with Glynn Academy climbing to fifth following Daltons fall out of the rankings.

Class AAAAA No. 1 Rome defeated Kell 35-6 and sent the Longhorns down to No. 8. In Class AAAA, Sandy Creek dropped out of the top 10 after falling 23-21 to Ridgeland.

In Class AAA, Calhoun, Cedar Grove and Peach County are the big 3 and have been ranked accordingly all season. The defending-champion Yellow Jackets defeated Sonoraville 38-0 at home to continue its dominance of Region 6-AAA. Last weeks new addition, Monroe Area, climbed to fifth this week.

Hapeville Charter is the team to beat again this week. Callaway, which was third last week, is second following Heards fall from second to unranked following its 33-0 loss to Rockmart. Thomasville, Bremen and Rockmart make up the top 5.

Eagles Landing Christian is the team to beat again this week following its 56-0 defeat of Heritage-Conyers. Athens Academy in second following its 35-14 over Class AAA newcomer Cherokee Bluff. Prince Avenue, Darlington and Calvary Day round out the top-5 this week.

Turner County replaces Dooly County in Class A-Public and debuts at No. 10.
