In Class 7A, Walton retains its No. 1 slot after improving to 4-0. Alpharetta was defeated 3-2 by Greater Atlanta Christian and fell from No. 2 to No. 5. Lambert (13-1) climbed to No. 2 and Roswell and North Forsyth fill out the rest of the top 5.

No. 1 ranked Buford (16-0) leads the Class 6A rankings and Lassiter sits at No. 2 with a 9-1 record that includes a competitive 3-0 loss to the top-ranked Wolves (25-18, 25-21, 25-23) on Sept. 10.

McIntosh leads the Class 5A rankings and is currently sitting at No. 5 in the National Rankings. St. Pius (14-0) jumped Blessed Trinity (15-3) for No. 2 in the poll and Greenbrier makes its debut at No. 5 after its 17-0 start.

In Class 4A, New Hampstead replaced LaGrange at No. 10 in the poll and Islands jumped from No. 7 to No. 5 after improving to 9-0.

Gilmer improved from No. 10 to No. 7 in the Class 3A poll as Westminster (9-1) leads at No. 1. In Class AA/A-Private, Pace Academy replaced Walker and joins the poll at No. 10. Class AA/A-Public saw Dade County make a leap from No. 8 to No. 4.
