Week 6 Volleyball Rankings

In Class 7A, top-ranked Walton sits at the top with its 11-0 record ahead of 14-1 Lambert and No. 3 Roswell (5-0). Harrison made its way up to No. 6 in the poll and Newnan makes its debut at No. 7replacing Cherokee and Forsyth Central in the rankings. Class 6A saw Pope climb from No. 4 to No. 2 and Sequoyah jumped from No. 5 to No. 3.

In Class 5A, No. 1 McIntosh is 18-0 and currently ranked No. 5 in the National Rankings. St. Pius (20-1) is No. 2 and its only loss came to Walton. Greenbrier improved to 23-0 and climbed from No. 5 to No. 4 behind third-ranked Blessed Trinity. Also, Calhoun was replaced by Veterans at No. 10.

Marist remains No. 1 in Class 4A with its 6-6 and is still yet to drop a match within the classification. Central-Carroll fell from No. 6 to No. 8 after falling to No. 7 Fayette County and New Hampstead swapped places with North Oconee to take over No. 9.

In Class 3A, Westminster sits at No. 1 with a 9-1 record and its only loss came to Class 5A No. 2 St. Pius. Gilmer lost 2-0 to North Hall and fell to No. 10. In Class AA/A-Private, Heritage-Newnan debuts at No. 8 and replaces Pace Academy in the poll. In Class AA/A-Public, Coosa dropped out of the poll and was replaced with Vidalia at No. 10.
