In Class 7A, Wheeler dropped one spot to No. 2 following a 66-55 loss to Sierra Canyon, Ca. The Wildcats 8-5 record does not contain any in-state losses, however, Norcross earns the No. 1 spot with its 13-2 start and recent 86-61 win over Peachtree Ridge. Grayson, remains No. 3 and McEachern replaced Milton at No. 4 following the Eagles 71-69 loss to Lambert. Milton fell to No. 8 as a result and Newton moved back into the top 5 with a 62-57 win over South Gwinnett.

In Class 6A, Lanier moved up to No. 3 and Hughes fell all the way to No. 7 after a three-game skid. St. Pius moved up to No. 4 and Marist shifted up to No. 5 following a 10-5 start. Class 5A No. 1 Kell did not fall after a 71-67 overtime loss to Grayson that dropped the Longhorns to 13-2 overall. No. 2 Eagles Landing improved to 16-0 and is knocking on the door to take over No. 1 if the trend continues. Hiram replaced Jones County at No. 3 and Tucker replaced Creekside at No. 10 following Tri-Cities 78-61 win over the Seminoles. Mays jumped to No. 5 in the poll after its wins over Tri-Cities and Chapel Hill.

The Class 4A poll saw Southwest DeKalb improve one spot to No. 3 and North Oconee move up to No. 4 ahead of No. 5 Bainbridge. Seckinger also makes its debut in place of Baldwin. Beach moved up to No. 2 in Class 3A after defeated previously No. 2 ranked Johnson-Savannah and White County replaced Wesleyan at No. 10.

In Class 2A, Providence Christian replaced Thomson at No. 2 and North Cobb Christian jumped from No. 9 to No. 6. Class A Division I did not experience any shifts and Mitchell County replaced Manchester at No. 4 in the Class A Division II poll in addition to Chattahoochee County replacing Telfair County at No. 10.
