Class 5A featured a bit of a shakeup following the Winnersville Classic as Lowndes dropped out of the poll while Valdosta entered at No. 10. The Vikings will need to be on their game this week as they face new No. 9 Colquitt County (GPB.org game of the week). McEachern fell to No. 8 after suffering a defeat to No. 5 Hillgrove. Norcross fell out of the poll after entering at No. 10 last week.Lambert was shut out by Johns Creek and dropped from No. 6 to No. 10. Peach County fell from No. 2 in AAA to No. 9 after losing and St. Pius is the new No. 2. Baldwin also enters the rankings as Butler fell out following a loss. And it seems the No. 1 spot in Class A is one no one wants as Charlton County is the latest No. 1 to fall after Wilkinson County and Clinch County lost from that spot earlier this year.
