In Class 6A, Westlake was replaced at No. 10 by Pebblebrook after the Lions dropped a 75-66 loss to East Coweta in their season finale. Pebblebrook defeated South Cobb 66-61 in overtime and improved to 18-7 on the season to earn its return to the top 10. Woodward Academy moved back to No. 1 in Class 5A after defeating Tri-Cities 81-63 and closing out a 21-4 regular season record. The rest of the Class 5A top 10 remained intact.

Class 4A saw McDonough slide to No. 10 after a 71-57 loss to ELCA in its season finale. Jefferson earned a spot in the Class 3A poll with a 66-58 win over Cherokee Bluff. The Dragons sit at No. 6 now and Cherokee Bluff slid two spots to No. 7. In Class 2A, Morgan County moved up to No. 8 and Sumter County replaced Burke County at No. 10.

The Class A Div. I poll saw Rabun County move up to No. 7 this week and Vidalia move up to No. 8. Class A Div. II has Savannah back on top after its win over previous No. 1 ranked McIntosh County Academy. In Class A-3A Private, Greenforest Christian moved up one spot to No. 2 and St. Francis replaced Lovett at No. 10.
