Pre-Region Girls Basketball Rankings

Grayson tops the states highest class entering the region tournaments with Buford, Carrollton, Norcross and Campbell filling the Class 7A top 5. In Class 6A, River Ridge leads North Forsyth, Marist, Langston Hughes and New Manchester.

Union Grove tops Class 5A and leads Jackson-Atlanta, Jefferson, Midtown and Warner Robins. In Class 4A, Baldwin tops the class and leads Hardaway, Holy Innocents, Stockbridge and Southwest DeKalb. In Class 3A, Hebron Christian is ranked atop Wesleyan, Cross Creek, Carver-Columbus and Dawson County. Mount Paran leads Class 2A with Thomson, Josey, Central-Macon and Banks County in the top 5.

St. Francis is ranked at No. 1 in Class A Division I with Galloway, Athens Christian, Oglethorpe County and Rabun County in the top 5. In Class A Division II, Greenforest tops Montgomery County, Taylor County, Wilcox County and Early County in the top 5.
