Rick Rasmussen joins GeorgiaConstructionCareers.com 'Keeping it Real with Najeh Wilkins' videocast

The "Keeping it Real with Najeh Wilkins" videocast presented by Georgia ConstructionCareers.com will feature North Oconee's head basketball coach Rick Rasmussen as the Titans prepare for a region championship and state tournament. The Titans are having one of their better seasons and look to make history by winning their first region championship.

In the second segment, Wilkins will bring on Discovery DL Muhammad Alcine to talk about his final prep season and will look ahead to what is next in his football journey. Wilkins will also visit the trenches and do film breakdowns on Mason Townsend (Prince Avenue) and Jayce Sanker (South Paulding), giving his thoughts and analysis.

The final segment will conclude with the Top-10 Headlines for the Weekend presented by GeorgiaConstructionCareers.Com which will give a special shoutout to Sonoraville's Cayman Reynolds who helped save a man from a burning truck on his way to school.

The Keeping it Real with Najeh Wilkins videocast is produced by PlayOn! Sports, which runs the National Federation High School Network, and airs Tuesdays at 4 p.m. and Thursdays at 2 p.m.
