In Class 7A, Wheeler moved up to No. 3 after avenging its previous loss to Walton with a 46-43 win over the Raiders this past Friday. Newton moved up to No. 5 and Buford shifted up to No. 6 after improving to 21-3 on the year. Peachtree Ridge fell to No. 10 after falling to Norcross and Milton returned to the poll at No. 9 after topping previous No. 10 ranked West Forsyth 66-56. In Class 6A, Grovetown replaced Glynn Academy at No. 10. The Class 5A poll saw Greater Atlanta Christian replace Cambridge at No. 10 and Winder-Barrow move up from No. 8 to No. 5 after improving to 21-3. Fayette County moved down a spot to No. 10 in Class 4A and Baldwin moved up to No. 4 after improving to 21-2.

In Class 2A, Walker returned to the poll at No. 8 after a 68-46 win over South Atlanta clinched the Wolverines the top seed. Jenkins County debuted in the Class A Division II poll and Macon County moved up to No. 3.
