In Division 1, No. 1 Cambridge finishes atop the poll after its dominating 17-6 victory over Blessed Trinity to capture its second consecutive state title. The Lady Bears have established themselves as a team to beat in Division 1 and have single-handedly stopped No. 2 Blessed Trinity from becoming a dynasty. No. 3 Wesleyan had a great run to the semifinals and gave Blessed Trinity quite a run in the semifinals in a high-scoring affair before losing 16-11. The defending champions were looking to capture back-to-back state titles. No. 4 Mount Paran fell to eventual state champion Cambridge 19-5 in the semifinal. No. 5 Fellowship Christian slid a few spots after a quarterfinal finish and a loss to Wesleyan. St. Pius X, Centennial, Starrs Mill, Greater Atlanta Christian, and East Forsyth round out the poll. No. 10 East Forsyth saw a big jump going from unranked to a top 10 team after a run to the quarterfinals. After being ranked top six, Allatoona falls out of the poll after losing in the first round of the playoffs.
In Division 2, Milton captured its 18th title in 20 seasons and has continued to exert its dominance over the sport. The Lady Eagles have churned out D1 talent and championships every year. No. 2 Lassiter finishes with its top two rankings despite losing to Milton in the semifinals. Lassiter and Lacey Scherholz gave Milton one of its toughest tests during the postseason. No. 3 Creekview fell to Milton in the state championship, 15-5, and finished the season 15-8. No. 5 Roswell is a team that made a big jump from unranked to a top-five finish after a run to the quarterfinals and a close defeat to Pope, 11-10. Chamblee, Decatur, Johns Creek, Richmond Hill, and Greenbrier round out the poll. Richmond Hill finishes in the poll after being unranked for the majority of the season.
In Division 3, No. 1 West Forsyth captured its first state championship in program history after a 16-7 victory over Walton. The Lady Wolverines finish the season 19-2 and finally have their coveted state title. No. 2 Walton made a great run to the state championship and overcame a tough three-game losing streak against some of the best in the sport. Despite the losing streak, Walton proved they had what it takes to be a state title contender. No. 3 Lambert finished off an impressive season in the semifinals, falling to Walton 12-11 in overtime and could be the next elite program the state has to offer. No. 4 North Gwinnett lost to eventual state champion West Forsyth 14-5 in the semifinals. No.5 Cherokee fell three spots in the final poll after losing in the semifinals to North Gwinnett. It was a close 9-8 defeat, but Cherokee proved they are still worthy of a top finish in the poll. Alpharetta, Denmark, Hillgrove, Harrison, and Carrollton round out the poll.
