2023 All-Corky Kell + Dave Hunter Classic Teams

The 32nd Annual Corky Kell + Dave Hunter Classic kicked off the 2023 GHSA Football season this past week and there were standout performances throughout the four-day 11-game lineup. Score Atlanta is recognizing the top performances with the inaugural All-Corky Team that highlights the standouts at each position. To view the complete stats for all 11 matchups CLICK HERE.

The First-Team offense is highlighted by Walton quarterback Jeremy Hecklinski, who led Walton to a 49-27 win over Grayson in a Class 7A top-10 matchup. Hecklinski finished 16-of-24 for four touchdowns and 289 yards through the air before sitting in the fourth quarter. Fellowship Christian sophomore C.J. Givers racked up 215 yards and four rushing scores off 14 carries and Mill Creek senior running back Cam Robinson led the Hawks with 230 yards and two touchdowns off 18 carries. Walton is also represented by UGA-commit and left tackle Daniel Calhoun and South Carolina-commit Wendell Gregory at linebacker. Receivers Jonathan Stafford (Archer), Jamari Harrold (Norcross) and Shane Kelly (Creekside) earned First-Team honors after their two-touchdown performances. Defensively, Cass Devin Henderson earned First-Team recognition despite the Colonels 34-0 loss to Rome after a Corky Kell + Dave Hunter Classic event-best 15 total tackles.
