Buford offensive tackle Brayden Jacobs has made his college decision. Jacobs, a 4-star offensive tackle, has committed to play for Dabo Swinney and the Clemson Tigers.
Jacobs is the son of former NFL running back Brandon Jacobs, who spent nine years in the NFL, splitting time between the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers, breaking the 1,000-yard mark twice in 2007 and 2008.

Brayden Jacobs is the next in a long line of great Buford offensive linemen and was an AJC All-State honorable mention in the 2023 season. Jacobs, at 6-foot-7, 310 pounds, is massive even by offensive lineman standards. Jacobs is the 14th-ranked offensive tackle in the country and the 123rd-ranked player in the country, according to 247Sports. He chose the Tigers over 26 other offers, including offers from Auburn, Georgia, LSU, and Ohio State.

Jacobs is the 11th commit for Clemsons 2025 recruiting class, which is currently the second-ranked class in the country. Jacobs looks to be another Georgia high school player to thrive with the Tigers, as Clemson has developed All-American and star NFL players from Georgia including Deshaun Watson, Trevor Lawrence, Myles Murphy, and many others.
