Jordan Bam Bride will visit Grambling State this weekend after visiting Savannah State last weekend. Signing Day is less than two weeks away and a decision is looming for the Walton athlete. As he tries to find a new home, Jordan Bride has been exploring his options on the schools he wants to potentially go to. Schools have been in touch and the process is ramping up for Bride.

He previewed his visit to Grambling State and what he likes about the university.

I want to thank those coaches for taking a chance on me and letting me come down for an official visit. Also, trusting me to be a program changer for them. Tradition is one, and it is one of the best HBCUs of all time. Bringing in Coach Mickey Joseph was huge. He coached wide receivers at LSU, and his brother is the defensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos so you cant go wrong, said Bride.

When it comes to narrowing down his college choices, he has several things he looks for from a program to ensure that helps with his choice. What is impressive is that Bride has a plan and a checklist that he wants certain colleges to check off.

My most important questions on any visit for me are academics, weight program, nutrition, and my football development.

He has several more schools in mind he plans to visit before making his official choice in a few weeks. Bride is one of the best athletes left on the board. He is coming off a huge season for the Walton Raiders. He led the team with five interceptions on defense. Offensively, he had 719 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. He is known for his big-play ability offensively and ability to stretch the field. Defensively, his hard-hitting and ball skills jump off the page.

Whatever school he chooses, Bride wants to contribute early and often and be an asset where the team needs him to be.
