Noah LaVallee will join his older brother Caleb at Florida State as he announced his commitment to the Seminoles earlier today. He chose FSU over Ole Miss.
He took an official visit to Florida State on June 13 after taking an official visit to Ole Miss on June 6. LaVallee spoke highly about head coach Mike Norvell and the culture around FSU in an interview with Score Atlanta’s Wesley Powell.
“It’s very strong as Coach Norvell is a big believer in what I can do on the field and how I’m a perfect fit for their program”, LaVallee said.
LaVallee is coming off a big junior season for the Raiders where he led the team in total tackles with 124, and added to that with eight tackles for loss. He is a dangerous pass rusher and has a lot of speed to help him make chasedown tackles.
LaVallee heads into his senior year looking to match the performance he put on the field last season.
