Class 6A shifted with with North Cobb returning to the poll at No. 10 after its 41-7 win over Walton. In Class 5A, Gainesville and Lee County dropped after losses to Carrollton and Colquitt County, respectively. Sequoyah rose after a dominant region victory over Sprayberry. Northgate debuts in the rankings after stifling the Newnan offense.

In Class 4A, Cass debuts at No. 10 in place of Kell. Class 3A saw Jefferson and Calhoun fall in the rankings after respectable losses to North Oconee and Cambridge. Undefeated Mary Persons, replacing Westover, debuts in the rankings.

Class A-Division I saw only one team make significant movement, with Fitzgerald falling from No. 2 to No. 8 after a somewhat shocking loss to Brooks County.

Class A Division II saw some movement but remained mostly stable. Bowdon fell from No. 2 to No. 4 after a one-point loss to Heard County. Jenkins County dropped from No. 5 to No. 9 following a shocking overtime loss to Emanuel County Institute. Class A-Private changed with Savannah Christian sliding from No. 4 to No. 6 after its second-straight loss—this time to No. 3 Fellowship Christian.
