Class 6A did not experience any changes this week. 5A only saw two major changes. The biggest was Sequoyah falling from No. 4 to No. 7 after a shocking loss to River Ridge. At the bottom of the rankings, Jackson County replaced Sprayberry after a huge win over Clarke Central.

In Class 3A, the poll stayed largely the same, with the only change being Mary Persons falling out of the rankings after the loss to Troup. West Laurens replaced Mary Persons at No. 10.

In Class A Division I, Fitzgerald fell from No. 8 to No. 10 after a loss to Worth County. Because of that, Swainsboro and Temple moved to No. 8 and No. 9.

In Class A Division II, Jenkins County and Wilcox County both fell out of the rankings. They were replaced by Wheeler County, which is making its debut at No. 9, and Early County, which returns to the rankings at No. 10.
