In Class 7A, Newton moved up to No. 6 after improving to 6-0 with a 31-27 win over Grayson. Class 6A saw Thomas County Central jump to No. 2 after Houston Countys loss to Lee County in their Region 1 opener. Douglas County moved up to No. 3 ahead of Lee County and No. 5 Hughes and Houston County settled in at No. 6. Additionally, Woodward Academy returned to the poll at No. 10 and replaced Blessed Trinity.

In Class 5A, Creekside held off Mays 21-20 to remain No. 1 ahead of Coffee and Jefferson moved up to No. 3. Calhoun dropped a 21-17 contest to Cartersville and slid to No. 8 and Warner Robins returned to the poll at No. 10 after Daltons loss to Hiram. In Class 4A, Holy Innocents slid to No. 9 after its 9-3 loss to Westminster.

Cedar Grove leads Class 3A ahead of Calvary Day, Stephens County, Mary Persons and Savannah Chrisitan. Thomson caps Class 2A and leads Appling County, Pierce County, Northeast-Macon and Callaway in the top 5.

Prince Avenue Christian lost to Class 3A No. 4 Mary Persons but maintains its No. 1 ranking. Swainsboro, Rabun County, Trion and Elbert fill the top 5. In Class A Division II, Schley County leads with Manchester, Greene County, Macon County and Bowdon in the top 5.
