In Class 6A, No. 1 ranked Etowah improved to 9-1 and its first loss of the season came to No. 3 ranked North Paulding after taking 2-of-3 versus the Wolfpack. No. 2 Walton is 9-2 and will take on No. 3 North Paulding Tuesday night. Parkview won its fifth-straight game and swapped places with No. 4 Buford. In Class 5A, No. 4 Dunwoody is 7-1 and has won seven-straight games. Villa Rica debuts at No. 7 after sweeping previously No. 8 ranked Woodstock, which exited the poll. Additionally, Greenbrier fell to 3-4 but has two losses to Class 3A No. 1 Harlem and two losses to No. 3 ranked Winder-Barrow. Effingham County has won seven-straight and improved to 10-1 as it replaces McIntosh in Class 5A at No. 10.

Class 3A saw Oconee County climb up to No. 4 after picking up its fourth-straight win. No. 1 ranked Harlem continues its hot start to the season and is 9-0 heading into Mondays matchup with Lakeside-Evans. In Class 2A, No. 1 ranked Morgan County dropped a pair of out-of-state matchups at the LaGrange Toyota Invitational and is 7-2 overall heading into Wednesdays trip to Greenbrier. Model climbed three spots to No. 7 in Class A Div. I and
