Collins Hill finished atop the Class 6A competition as the GHSA Game Day season came to a close at the Columbus Civic Center. The victory marked the first for the Eagles after a 95.03-point performance.
North Gwinnett finished second with 91.57 points, North Forsyth secured third place with 91.03 points and North Paulding finished fourth place with 90.33 points.
Toombs County topped the Class 1A championship in a tiebreaker with Haralson County to win the team’s first-ever title. Haralson and Toombs scored 94.27 points which reverted to a tiebreaker with the cumulative score of the qualifying and the championship finishes. Vidalia finished third with 93.33points and Heard County was fourth with 92.17 points.
