Wrestling programs from around the state will convene for the Region and Area meets to determine which teams will advance to the GHSA Team Duals Wrestling State Championships from Jan. 16-17 and Jan. 24 (Girls).

The boys Team Duals titles will be held at eight locations around the state – Camden County (6A), Legacy Arena in Douglasville (5A), Ola (4A), Jefferson (3A), East Jackson (2A), Heard County (1A), Carrollton (Girls, Division I), Lumpkin County (Girls, Division II).

In the state’s highest class (now 6A, formerly 7A) Camden County has won every Team Duals title since 2015, that’s 11-straight titles. Creekview won last year’s Class 5A title while Cass enjoyed a victory in the 4A championship, its second-straight title.

Jefferson won the 3A title last season, while Rockmart finished atop the Class 2A bracket, winning its fourth-straight title. Social Circle won the Class A championship, its seventh-overall and second-straight. For the girls, Greenbrier won the Division I title while Lumpkin County captured the Division II title.
