The Greyhounds defeated Mt. Pisgah, Milton, North Cobb, South Forsyth and Lee County during this active streak without losing a single set and will travel to Alpharetta for another big match Tuesday night. Milton slid to No. 8 after getting swept by Pope and also falling 2-0 to Richmond Hill on Saturday after its big 2-0 win over North Cobb.

In Class 4A, Cartersville improved to 9-0 after taking over No. 1 last week and remains No. 1. No. 2 Pace Academy opened its season with a 3-0 win over Johns Creek and will host North Atlanta and Druid Hills on Tuesday.

Class A-3A’s Hebron Christian saw its seven-match win-streak snapped last week with a 3-1 loss to Class 5A No. 6 Jackson County and the Golden Lions slid to No. 2.
