The 314th episode of the Alfa Insurance “Georgia Prep Sports: Drive for the GHSA State Title ” video podcast will feature an exclusive interview with newly-hired Pickens head football coach Craig Bennett. Coach Bennett took over the Dragons’ program on Jan. 4 after a successful 12-year stint at Cambridge where he led the program from its inaugural season. Cambridge has reached four-straight playoffs and achieved its first-ever region title (Region 6-5A) in 2022.
Host Craig Sager II will preview the top basketball matchups to watch this upcoming weekend in addition to Monday during a busy MLK Day slate. Additionally, Sager will report on the latest player transfers on the gridiron to some of the top programs and contenders.
