He managed 10 points and four rebounds in the fourth quarter to help Class AAAAAA No. 4 Shiloh rally from a halftime hole. Nate Mason led Shiloh with 21 points while Jonathan Sanks had 17 for Berkmar. … AAAAAA No. 9 Archer received 15 from Randall Smith and some clutch free throws down the stretch from Nafis Floyd to edge past Josey 57-56 in the William Avery Invitational. Archer also held off Brookwood Friday for a 68-56 win thanks in large part to a 23-7 third quarter. Floyd had 16 points. … Buford’s Isaiah Williams had 17 points in AAA No. 5 Buford’s 52-50 win over Xenia (Oh.). A.J. Davis, a member of the Score 44, tallied nine points and eight rebounds according to the Gwinnett Daily Post. … North Clayton bounced back from surrendering 83 points Tuesday, the most in the program has allowed in three years to hold Griffin to just 45 in a 61-45 victory Friday. Stafan Bradley scored 13 to lead North Clayton to the win. … In girls action, AAAAAA No. 4 Parkview dominated Milton in a 59-17 victory. Twelve different Panthers scored in the rout as Genesis Perrymond led the team with 15. … Score 44 sensation Katie Frerking scored 32 points as AA No. 1 Wesleyan slipped past Bradley Central (Tenn.) 69-61 in the Girls Night Out Showcase for Cancer Awareness. Brittany Stevens score 14 to help the cause. … Brianna Cummings reached a personal milestone in Class AA No. 2 GAC’s win over defending Class AA champion Lovett as the junior scored point No. 1000. GAC defeated AA No. 10 Lovett 63-32 Friday. … Jonesboro kept its winning streak alive with a 41-30 victory over Riverdale. Ashley Hand had 11 points to pace Jonesboro, who won despite committing 19 turnovers. … Class AA No. 4 Kendrick received 37 points from Kahlia Lawrence in a 69-57 victory over Bremen, but Jordan Hill may have been more impressive in defeat for the Blue Devils. Hill scored 27 points, including seven 3-pointers for Bremen. Kendrick improved to 17-0 with the win Saturday. … North Cobb’s Amber Reeves scored 22 points in the Warriors’ 75-70 win over Class AAAAAA No. 7 Hillgrove Friday, giving her 1,244 points for her career, a new school record. The Marietta Daily Journal noted she is receiving interest from VCU and Western Carolina.
