The Atlanta Falcons will have two representatives on the NFC squad for the February Pro Bowl. Running back Michael Turner, who is second in the NFL in rushing, and Roddy White, who is second in the league in receiving yards, both received first-team (and first-time) nods.
Defensive end John Abraham, who is third in the league with 15.5 sacks, was conspicuously left off the roster. Joining Abraham on the list of disappointed defensive ends is the Cowboys’ DeMarcus Ware, who was also left off the team despite leading the NFL in sacks.
