In Class 7A, No. 1 ranked Grayson impressed in its 73-38 win over Archer, which comes in at No. 6 with a 14-2 overall record. Additionally, No. 10 Camden County improved to 14-2 overall following a 57-49 win over rival Valdosta and have elevated their play with the return of five-star tight end Elyiss Williams to the lineup. The 6-foot-7 junior and Georgia football commit has averaged 14.2 ppg so far this season.
The biggest result in Class 6A came with No. 1 Alexander topping rival Hughes in an 85-53 region victory this week. Hughes slid three spots to No. 6 after the 32-point loss and the result was Woodward Academy, St. Pius and Riverwood all shifting up a spot. Also, Jonesboro replaced Lakeside-Evans at No. 10 after topping St. Pius 67-60 and Lakeside dropping a tight 65-63 game to Evans.
Seckinger rose to No. 5 in Class 4A after avenging its previous loss to No. 8 Madison County and Central-Carroll climbed to No. 9 as Benedictine replaced Burke County at No. 10 following a 7-3 start and five-game win-streak. Hebron Christian moved up to No. 3 in Class 3A after improving to 14-0 and Carver-Columbus used its 16-0 start to improve to No. 7
