Atlanta Falcons HS Coach of the Week: Adam Clack, Milton

The Atlanta Falcons Coach of the Week program recognizes high school football coaches across the state of Georgia for their hard work and dedication to making a difference in the lives of student-athletes both on and off the field.

This season’s fourth winner is Milton High School head coach Adam Clack. Prior to coming to Milton in 2017, Clack served as head coach at West Forsyth from 2014-16. At Milton, Clack led the program to its first-ever state title in 2018 and has compiled a 24-7 overall record. The Eagles posted a huge 16-12 road win over rival Roswell this past Friday and will be Parkview this Friday in a highly-anticipated top 10 showdown.

In addition to building Milton football into a championship program, Clack has established a culture that is bettering the surrounding community.

“Coach Clack is great leader to his coaches and his team,” said Director of Football Operations Alisha Sylvestri. “He leads with positive reinforcement and love and he cares about his staff and players on and off the field.”

Clack has also taken a thorough approach in ensuring his team’s health and well-being is being optimized. Every week the team does yoga and mindfulness training in addition to their preparation for game day. The Eagles have also volunteered at local parks and have helped raise money for childhood cancer.
