1. Booker T. Washington, Miami, FL (14-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 1) The Tornadoes tallied 511 yards of offense and claimed their 26th straight victory and consecutive Class 4A state titles with a 40-21 win over Bolles (FL). FSU-commit Treon Harris completed 15 of 27 passes for 226 yards and rushed for 86 yards. Sophomore running back Mark Walton added 124 rushing yards and two touchdowns. | Class 4A State Champions

2. Miami Central, FL (13-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 2) Dalvin Cook rushed for 223 yards and four touchdowns as the Rockets pounded Armwood (FL) 52-7. Cook’s touchdowns came on runs of 37, six, 80 and five yards. Central’s only loss was a 28-17 loss to No. 1 Booker T. Washington the second week of the season. | Class 6A State Champion

3. Northwestern, Rock Hill, SC (15-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 3) Mason Rudolph threw for a state championship game record eight touchdowns and added a rushing score as the Trojans ignited to a 62-35 win over Stratford (SC). Dupree Hart caught 21 passes for 255 yards and four touchdowns and Quadarius Fair hauled in seven receptions for 175 yards and four touchdowns. | Class 4A Div II State Champions

4. American Heritage, Plantation, FL (14-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 10) Torrance Gibson completed 9 of 10 passes for 161 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for 154 yards and a score on 14 carries. Sony Michel rushed for 98 yards and three touchdowns and the Patriots blasted Clay 66-8 to win the state title. | Class 5A State Champions

5. Hoover, AL (15-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 5) Hoover blocked an Auburn punt late in the opening quarter and Chris Demoss recovered it to put the Buccaneers ahead 7-0. Bradrick Shaw caught a 40-yard shovel pass for a touchdown and rushed for a 1-yard score. This marks Hoover’s 30th consecutive win and the program’s 10th state championship. | Class 6A State Champions

6. Maryville, TN (15-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 6) Quarterback John Garrett threw for 277 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Rebels to a 44-7 rout of Hendersonville (TN) and their 14th state title. Garrett also rushed for a touchdown and Maryville outgained the Commandos 495-174 yards. | Class 6A State Champions

7. Buford, GA (15-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 7) Buford won its sixth state title in the last seven years with a 35-19 win over Washington County and set a new Georgia single season scoring record with 707 points. Washington County led 13-0 until sophomore tight end Isaac Nauta broke free on a 33-yard touchdown reception seconds before the half. Buford will enter next season with a 25-game winning streak. | Class 3A State Champions

8. Dwyer, Palm Beach Gardens, FL (15-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 13) The Panthers topped Niceville 55-39 and capped off their first undefeated season in school history. Quarterback Daniel Parr and running back Alonzo Smith accounted for six of Dwyer’s eight touchdowns. | Class 7A State Champions

9. Creekside, Fairburn (GA) (15-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 20) Running back Dexter Knox ran in five Creekside touchdowns as the Seminoles sprinted past Tucker 52-28. Cameron Jackson returned the opening kickoff of the second half 99-yards for a touchdown. |  Class 5A State Champions

10. South Dade, Homestead, FL (14-1) LAST WEEK (N/R) South Dade rolled past Apopka 41-28, clinching its first state title in school history. Kahlil Render threw five touchdown passes and wide receiver C.J. Worton was the recipient of three of the scores. | Class 8A State Champions

11. Ensworth, Nashville, TN (11-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 9) Ensworth scored all 27 points in its 27-10 victory over Memphis University (TN) in the final quarter. The rally was sparked with three interceptions in the fourth quarter. 2015 4-star Vanderbilt commit Donovan Sheffield returned one of the interceptions for a touchdown. The win gives Ensworth its fourth straight championship. | Division II AA State Champions

12. Norcross, GA (13-2) | LAST WEEK (No. 19) Norcross scored 31 unanswered points and defended its state title with a 31-14 win over North Gwinnett. Myles Autry caught five passes for 95 yards and a touchdown and returned a kickoff 92 yards for a touchdown. A.J. Bush completed 17 of 23 passes for 303 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for a touchdown | Class 6A State Champions

13. Apopka, FL (13-2) | LAST WEEK (No. 4) Apopka broke the previous single scoring record of 746 points and finished the year with 752 total points. In the state championship South Dade had more firepower and outscored the Blue Darters 41-28, their lowest point total of the season. | Class 8A State Semifinals

14. East Jefferson, LA (15-0) | LAST WEEK (N/R) The Warriors used a 17-0 scoring advantage in the fourth quarter to finished the undefeated season with a 38-28 win over Karr. Kerry Taylor intercepted Karr with 2:49 remaining and returned it 38-yards for the clinching touchdown. | Class 4A State Champions

15. Spanish Fort, AL (13-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 15) Spanish Fort topped Muscle Shoals 35-14 to capture its second straight 5A state title. Tyler Johnston threw for 219 yards and ran in a score to lead the Toros. | Class 5A State Champions

16. Griffin, GA (15-0) | LAST WEEK (N/R) Quarterback Jaquez Parks scorched Carrollton for 554 total yards of offense and five total touchdowns (four passing, one running) as the Bears topped the Trojans 56-35. Trey Willis caught seven passes for 167 yards and three touchdowns and added a 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. | Class 4A State Champions

17. Karr, New Orleans, LA (13-2) | LAST WEEK (No. 8) Karr led East Jefferson 28-21 before the final quarter but was outscored 17-0 in the fourth quarter and lost 38-28. Devante Noil ran in two touchdowns in the loss. | Class 4A State Runner-ups

18. Sandy Creek, Tyrone, GA (11-1-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 21) Sandy Creek blew a 26-17 fourth quarter lead to Griffin (GA) and lost its first home game since 2008. | Eliminated in the 4A State Quarterfinals

19. Oak Grove, Hattiesburg, MS (14-1) LAST WEEK (No. 17) Oak Grove opened the scoring in the second half with a 4-yard touchdown pass from Kirk McCarty to Cameron Myers. Tupelo (MS) responded with a 4-yard rushing touchdown by Quinn Tiggs on the ensuing drive. McCarty found Logan Scott for a fake field goal-touchdown pass at the end of the third quarter and the Warriors held on for a 14-7 victory. | Class 6A State Champions

20. East Lake, Tarpon Springs, FL (13-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 14) East Lake set a school record with 13 wins this season but fell to Dwyer (FL) 31-24 in overtime in the state semifinals. The Eagles trailed 24-10 with 6:48 remaining and forced overtime with a 65-yard George Campbell touchdown catch from Artavis Scott and a Scott interception that set up a Devin Abraham touchdown reception. | Eliminated in the Class 7A State Semifinals

21. Tucker, GA (14-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 11) The Tigers had no answer to Creekside’s speed and rushing attack and fell 52-28. Dominick Sanders caught two passes for 119 yards and two scores to pace Tucker. The 52 points scored by Creekside marked the highest total points scored against Tucker since 1971. | Class 5A State Runner-Ups

 22. Fulton, Knoxville, TN (14-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 23) Quarterback Penny Smith was 7-of-15 passing for 143 yards and four touchdowns and rushed for 44 yards on 10 carries. Xavier Hawkins caught two touchdowns and recorded two receiving touchdowns as the Falcons flew past Giles County (TN) 54-14. | Class 4A State Champions

23. North Gwinnett, Suwanee, GA (13-2) | LAST WEEK (No. 12) North Gwinnett took a 14-0 lead over Norcross but the Blue Devils ended the game on a 31-0 run. Hayden Sphire was intercepted four times and held to 20 of 41 passing. | Class 6A State Runner-Ups

 24. Manatee, Bradenton, FL (11-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 24) Early in the playoffs, starting quarterback Joshua Meyer suffered a separated right shoulder and the Hurricanes fell 17-15 to Fort Pierce Central (FL), their only loss of the season. | Eliminated from Class 8A State Playoffs in Regional Semifinals

25. Colquitt County, GA (11-3) | LAST WEEK (No. 25) Colquitt kicker Jose Vega hit three first-half field goals, but Norcross answered and held Colquitt scoreless in the second half. The Packers managed just 176 total yards of offense and lost 14-9. | Class 6A State Semifinals

Miramar, FL (12-0) | LAST WEEK (No. 18) Palm Beach Gardens (FL) took a 12-10 lead into halftime and both teams went scoreless in the second half as the Gators upset Miramar in the regional finals. At one point Miramar’s receivers dropped seven passes in a row. | Eliminated in Class 8A Regional Finals

18. Byrnes, SC (12-2) | LAST WEEK (No. 6) Byrnes fell to Dutch Fork (SC) 31-21 and suffered its first home playoff loss in 12 years. Shuler Bentley completed 20 of 36 passes for 310 yards and two touchdowns. | Eliminated in the Class 4A Div I State Semifinals

22. Oxford, MS (14-1) | LAST WEEK (No. 15) Oxford could not claim its first state title as Picayune (MS) rallied for a 42-35 victory. Kenzie Phillips had three rushing touchdowns to lead Oxford.| Class 5A State Runner-up
