Indians allow comeback to North Cobb in 21-14 loss

After having Oct. 10 off with a bye week, the football team dropped below .500 and to 3-4 on the year last Friday, falling to North Cobb by a score of 21-14. In disappointing fashion, the Indians gave up two fourth-quarter touchdowns to lose the lead and the game. McEachern did, however, get on the board first when Rajaan Bennett rumbled 26 yards for a score on the Indians’ first possession of the game. Bennett was also responsible for McEachern’s second and final touchdown, tossing a 7-yard pass to Terrell Mitchell for the score and the lead. The team will look forward to putting the hard-fought loss behind them this Friday, as the Indians play on the road against Harrison. … The volleyball team celebrated back-to-back wins over East Paulding, the first coming earlier this month, and the latest this past Tuesday.  That same day, the team suffered a loss to Harrison and on Saturday suffered the same fate against North Cobb.
