Junior Jack Cioffi had three goals in the victory as Shane Zaunbrecher and Thomas Cohen shared the shutout in goal. … The Greater Atlanta Christian boys qualified for the state playoffs for the first time in the program’s history with a 13-10 victory over North Springs Tuesday. Whit Anderson led the charge with three goals and four assists for the Spartans. Matthew Roush and Gunner Cape each added three goals. … The Collins Hill Eagles received goals from five different players in a 6-5 victory over Grayson Tuesday. Abbi Barnett and Caitlin Farmer added four goals and three goals, respectively. … Southwest DeKalb’s Najarri Whitehead signed a scholarship to play at Point Unviersity next season. The senior midfielder is the first Southwest DeKalb lacrosse player to earn a scholarship to a college team. Whitehead was team captain and scored 12 goals this season for the Panthers.
