Grayson enters the Top 5 of the state’s highest classification as East Coweta still leads the way. Newnan is a close second, and Parkview is third. Lowndes stays in the No. 4 spot this week.
Class AAAAAA is again led by Creekview with Evans moving to second as South Effingham falls to third. Mundy’s Mill holds the No. 4 spot with Alexander moving to fifth after River Ridge fell to No. 10.
Chamblee is still in control of Class AAAAA with Buford chasing. Wayne County jumped from No. 7 to No. 3 as Carrollton fell to fifth. Arabia Mountain, previously ranked sixth, has jumped into the Top 5 at the No. 4 spot.
Class AAAA is led by Northside-Columbus with a new No. 2, Northwest Whitfield, trailing. LaFayette, previously ranked second, is third. Madison County, previously No. 7, moved into the Top 5 at fourth with West Laurens moving to fifth.
Calhoun is the team to beat in Class AAA with Appling County and Worth County chasing. Pace Academy moved into the Top 5 at No. 4 with Long County at fifth again this week.
Rockmart can’t be stopped in Class AA with Banks County making a jump from No. 7 to No. 2. Harlem, previously No. 2, falls to No. 7.
Glascock County won’t let go of the top spot in Class A Public with Wilcox County following. Lanier County is in third again this week with Bowdon fourth. Georgia Military is in the No. 5 spot this week after Seminole County fell to sixth.
Tattnall Square is in the top spot of Class A Private with Wesleyan trailing. Eagle’s Landing Christian is again third.
